Winsome Bowen is a public transportation professional with over 25 years in the A/E consulting practice–with a focus on delivery of multimodal transportation and community development projects. She has provided transit industry leadership for some of the top 10 civil engineering consulting firms.

Shannon A. Brown is the Senior Vice President of Eastern Division U.S. Operations and Chief Diversity Officer at FedEx Express, the world’s largest express transportation company. In this role, Brown is responsible for station, hub, and ramp operations in the eastern U.S. region. As Chief Diversity Officer, his work also includes maintaining an effective diversity and inclusion environment where every team member is valued and has an equal opportunity to succeed.

Carl Guardino serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Government Affairs and Policy for Bloom Energy, a company focused on making clean, reliable energy available to everyone in the world. 

Debra A. Johnson is a person in the people business, a transit executive guided by the knowledge that her decision-making has direct bearing on the public’s ability to make connections that benefit their lives.

Toks Omishakin was appointed the 4th Secretary of Transportation for the state of California by Governor Gavin Newsom in February of 2022. 

Beverly A. Scott, PhD, is a trailblazing leader in public transportation management. Dr. Scott has served as CEO/General Manager at four transit agencies and has held senior management positions in several major Metropolitan areas throughout the country including: Atlanta, Boston, Houston, New York, and Washington DC. 

Phillip A. Washington was initially nominated by former Denver Mayor Michael Hancock in July 2021 and most recently by current Mayor Mike Johnston in July 2023. Phil was unanimously confirmed by the Denver City Council as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Denver International Airport (DEN) both times.

The Honorable Gregory D. Winfree currently serves as Director of the Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI), a position he has held since 2016. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Texas A&M University School of Law. Previously he served as Assistant Secretary, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Research and Technology at the U.S. Department of Transportation.
