In April 2022, the California Bicycle Summit will joyfully return to Oakland for four days of keynote addresses, workshops, and bike rides.
Join this inspiring biennial gathering of California bicycle advocates, planners, agency administrators, and more. The California Bicycle Summit is the state’s most important bicycle advocacy event and one of the nation’s leading bicycle-related conferences. Whether you work in the field of city planning, or you're simply passionate about bicycling and bike advocacy, be prepared to learn, share, get inspired, and meet others who share your passion!
We hope current students are able to join us! The California Bicycle Summit will be a place for you to learn firsthand knowledge about leading issues on biking and sustainable transportation. World-renowned experts will present cutting-edge research on a variety of transportation policy and planning interests. In addition, the Summit will be a social hub of sustainable planning networking where you will be able to connect with on-the-ground practitioners, advocates, policy wonks, and potential employers.
To hold the most inclusive and diverse event as possible, we are offering scholarships in the form of discounted and free registration, and limited travel stipends. Please fill out this application if interested.
