Raji Rajesh

Raji joined MTI as a student assistant in 2022. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Studies at San José State University. Working at MTI has helped her understand the research publication process and enhance her knowledge of transportation and environmental planning-related topics. Raji has been involved in community outreach projects such as the City of San Jose's COVID-19 outreach project and more recently in the outreach of Fresh Approach's mobile produce markets, which aims to improve food access for low-income communities in the Bay Area. Raji hopes to explore and spread awareness of the importance of the local food movement and improving food access for all communities.
