Podcar City 2023 Conference Proceedings: The Future of Automated Shared Mobility

Abstract:

The Podcar City 2023 Conference brought together thought leaders, researchers, policymakers, and industry to explore Automated Transit Networks (ATN) and Personal Rapid Transit (PRT). The conference featured engaging sessions on the foundational elements of ATN, regulatory considerations, and the financing and delivery of projects, as well as the planning and research needed to support ATN implementation. This paper reports on key findings, as well as research and policy needed to advance the planning and implementation of ATN and PRT.
