Barbara Taylor (Interim Associate Vice President for Research and Sponsored Programs, California State University Long Beach) and Mette Bjornholt Karapetian (Vice President, Global Sustainability- ESG, Shipco Transport) present strategies for utilizing university-industry partnerships and innovations in career-long learning to create robust talent pipelines, foster research and workforce development collaborations, and build dynamic knowledge ecosystems.
