CSUTC Research

The California State University Transportation Consortium research program provides opportunities for researchers across the California State University system to conduct research and workforce development activities to advance the body of usable transportation knowledge, identify implementable solutions for California, and ensure that the transportation workforce is ready to meet the forthcoming challenges.

CSUTC research focuses on a number of high priority needs for California: congestion relief (including traffic management systems), trade corridor enhancements, improved transit and rail, pedestrian and cyclist safety projects, as well as maintenance and rehabilitation for California’s road and bridge infrastructure.
