Construction Contracting in the Zero-emission Transportation Sector: A State Program for Disadvantaged Businesses

The purpose of this project is to conduct a study on how a bonding assistance program for disadvantaged businesses/DBEs (such as women-owned, minority-owned, veteran-owned, or businesses located in low-income areas) can be constructed so that these entities can more successfully compete for construction contracting in the zero-emission transportation sector.
