Josue Vaglienty, P.E. is a Senior Project Manager in the Capital Programs Division at Orange County Transportation Authority, where he manages transportation infrastructure projects in the planning, environmental, design, and construction phases. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a M.S. in Transportation Management from the Mineta Transportation Institute at San Jose State University. Josue has 20 years of cumulative experience in both the public and private sectors, specializing in highway and fixed-rail transportation corridors, while also integrating Complete Streets and Active Transportation. Additionally, he is passionate about mentorship and is actively involved in mentorship programs through the WTS, American Society of Civil Engineers, and United Way Orange County.
