Ms. DeMartino served as the Managing Director for the LOSSAN Rail Corridor Agency from 2020 - 2022, managing the Pacific Surfliner rail service and leading efforts to improve passenger rail ridership, reliability, coordination, and safety.
Deputy Director, National Transportation Security Center
Frances L. Edwards, MUP, PhD, CEM, is professor emeritus of political science at San José State University, following 17 years as the Director of the Master of Public Administration program. She is Deputy Director of the National Transportation Security Center at the Mineta Transportation Institute.
In May of 2017, Eric Eidlin joined the City of San Jose as the Station Planning Manager. In this role, he is playing a leading role in the City’s efforts to transform Diridon Station into a world-class multimodal hub.
Dr. Kevin Fang is an Assistant Professor of Geography, Environment, and Planning at Sonoma State University and an MTI instructor and research associate. His research interests center on the characteristics of non-driving passenger travel modes and their users, and the connection between transportation and land use.
Daniel C. Goodrich, MPA, CEM, MEP is a Senior Transportation Security Scientist with the Mineta Transportation Institute at SJSU, and the instructor for “Security Issues for Transportation Professionals” in the Master of Science in Transportation Management program.
Mr. Johnson has over 20 years of transportation and community planning experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is currently a Principal Planner at Jacobs and formerly worked at the Metropolitan Transportation Commission and the San Francisco Planning Department.
Candice A. Kelly has over 20 years of professional experience in communications and marketing management, including a Communications Administrator position with AC Transit in Oakland, CA from 2020 to 2023.
Dr. Leonard (Len) Lira is Department Chair of the Department of Public Policy and Service at San Antonio College in the Alamo Colleges District. For the MS in Transportation Management program at San José State University, he teaches a course on leadership and management in transportation organizations.
Mr. Litzinger has more than 37 years of experience in the successful planning and design of public and private civil engineering projects that range from conceptual phases through construction.
