The Mineta Transportation Institute, will hold its winter board meeting in Washington DC. Chair Nuria Fernandez, CEO of the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, will preside over the meeting.

Transportation Research Board 96th Annual Meeting

Researchers and staff from the Mineta Transportation Institute will present at this annual conference at the Washington Convention Center. More than 5,000 presentations in nearly 750 sessions and workshops are featured. This year’s theme is “Transportation Innovation: Leading the Way in an Era of Rapid Change Research Convergence for a Multimodal Future.”

West Coast Rail Conference

Seventeenth Annual Garrett Morgan Sustainable Transportation Competition

Teams of middle-school students from across the country will present their ideas for achieving sustainable transportation. The live, streaming teleconference will feature an address national transportation leaders as well as the students' creative and innovation solutions.
