The main objective of the proposed work is to fabricate an economical, facile, and scalable polymer-modified bitumen nanocomposite with graphene-based nanomaterials to increase the process and performance of the resultant material. Here, we propos a scalable and economical coating process to faricate the graphene-coated polymeric particles, in which the graphene will be created in a mixture of two miscible solvents under mild sonication and simultaneously be coated on the polymer particles. The resultant graphene-coated polymers will be mixed with bitumen and the characteristics of PMB nanocomposites wil be evaluated including the storage ability, fatigue, and fracture of developed materials.
