Work Background:
Dr. Whaley has over 28 years of experience in the areas of human resource
management, financial and strategic planning and consulting in both the
private and public sectors. His consulting practice focuses on the areas
of team building, diversity, and human resource management, and he also
serves as an expert witness in court cases. He is an active research and
participant in Human Resource Management professional associations. He has
served on numerous public boards and commissions, including the Santa
Clara County Transportation Commission.
