Work Background:
Ms. Siwek has thirteen years of experience in the development,
implementation, and financing of transportation and air quality programs
in county, regional and state agencies on the East and West coasts. She
has served as Chairperson of the Transportation Control Measures panel of
the Clean Air Project providing guidance to government agencies and
interest groups on the implementation of the Clean Air Act and ISTEA. She
was selected as a German Marshall Fund Environmental Fellow and will
travel to Europe in the fall 0f 1994 to study programs implemented by
transportation agencies to reduce carbon dioxide emissions related to
global warming.
