Organizational Affiliations:
Principal, Neustadter Associates
Work Background:
In over 25 years of experience in planning and transportation planning,
Ms. Neustadter's focus has been on the development and implementation of
public policy, strategic planning and financial programs.
Her most noteworthy projects include: the establishment of the first joint
development planning process; the development of a Bay Area-wide transit
discount program for elderly and disabled people (both at the San
Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District); and the Contra Costa
Transportation Improvement and Growth Management Program (Measure C-1988).
For the most part, these efforts were new programs that broaden the
purview of the agencies involved through definition of targeted
populations and establishment (and re-establishment) of the linkage
between land development and transportation investment.
Since 1990, Ms Neustadter has been providing transportation, policy,
financial programming and administrative support services to public and
private clients.
