Work Background:
Dr. Kong worked for the Joint Legislative Budget Committee of Arizona as a
research intern for two semesters (1990-1991). He taught "Public
Policy Analysis and Program Evaluation" and teaches
"Administrative Research Methods" and "Public Budgeting
& Finance" at Arizona State University and/or SJSU. He has done
survey reports for South Korea Central/Local governments. Currently, he is
engaged in synthesizing the financial management systems, of the state and
local governments of California.
