Work Background:
Dr. Jiang has done extensive research in areas of human resource
management and labor relations areas, some of the research was related to
the transportation industry. He is currently developing a course in
personnel management in transportation industry with George Whaley and is
interested in doing further research in the areas indicated on his
application.
