Work Background:
The writing sample submitted is a paper for the annual TRB conference this
January. It details the results of research conducted during the past 18
months on management education and training needs in the surface
transportation industry. In addition, Dr. Giglierano's qualifications for
research in transportation policy include four years working for the Ohio
Department of Energy as a policy analyst, a portion of which was spent
analyzing public policy relating to alternative transportation fuels and
energy conservation in transportation.
