| TransWeb
Development Standard |
The
TransWeb pages have been developed with HTML 3.0+. They
are best viewed with a browser which supports:
- Forms
- Tables
- Alignment of images
& texts
- Image maps
- Special characters
such as ® and ©.
The TransWeb pages contain a
lot of images and particularly, image maps which are
clickable. At this time, there is no plan to develop a
version of these pages for text-based browsers. Please
contact IISTPS if there is a demand to support
text-based browsers.

to Get Around TransWeb |
The
TransWeb menu provides links to TransWeb and Mineta
Transportation Institute pages. On each page you will
find links to valuable transportation related
information.

Transweb
provides background information about TransWeb.
- IISTPS
takes you to links to the Mineta
Transportation Institute home page, the library,
and the IISTPS World
in Motion Newsletter.
- Education
takes you to transportation related education links
for adults and children.
- Events
takes you to links highlighting transportation
related events.
- Transportation
Links takes you to hundreds of links to
transportation resources. Links include government
agencies; transportation associations,
organizations, and administrations; educational and
research resources.
- Reference
takes you to TransWeb's reference pages: The
Glossary, and this Help page
